Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Who answers this

If you took an assessment, the company that asked you to take it decides how your answers are used, which makes them responsible for answering most requests. Going to them directly is usually fastest.

If you cannot work out who they are, cannot reach them, or have asked and heard nothing, use this form. You will not be sent in a circle — we will either answer or find the person who can.

Make a request

You do not need an account, and you do not need to explain why you are asking.

What are you asking for?

Use the address the assessment was sent to, if you can — it is how we find your records.

What happens next

We respond within 30 days. If a request is complicated we may need longer, in which case we will tell you before the 30 days are up and explain why.

We may need to check you are who you say you are before releasing or deleting anything — that protects you, not us. We will only ask for what is necessary to be sure.

Asking does not affect any application you have made. For what happens to your answers in the first place, see AI and your data.
