Credits from a Starter, Growth or Scale pack are valid for 12 months from purchase. Use them whenever you are hiring during that time; each candidate who starts an assessment uses one credit.
You get a year's worth of assessments at a lower rate: Essentials is €500 a year for 400 assessments (€1.25 each) and Business is €1,000 a year for 1,000 assessments (€1.00 each), plus VAT. Use them whenever you are hiring during the year. If you run out, you can top up at your plan's rate.
Yearly is paid once and gives you the whole year's assessments up front, with two months free. Monthly is paid each month and releases that month's share: 33 assessments a month on Essentials (€50) or 83 on Business (€100), plus VAT.
No. Candidates never need to upload CVs, submit personal documents, or create an account. The Skills Checker structures and summarises candidate responses directly against key role topics, ensuring a fast, low-friction experience. Their answers are kept for a set period chosen by the hiring company (12 months after the assessment closes, by default), then deleted automatically.
Yes. On pay-as-you-go, buy another pack at any time and the credits are added to your balance straight away. On an Annual Hiring Plan, top up at your plan's rate: €1.25 per assessment on Essentials or €1.00 on Business.
No setup fees and no maintenance costs. Pay-as-you-go packs have no commitment at all, and building assessments is always free: you only use a credit when a candidate starts one.
